The useful question: what work gets done?
HHA’s perspective is hardware agnostic. If a specialist machine can reliably deliver a particular outcome, the shape of that machine should not disqualify it. A humanoid may eventually offer reach, manipulation and flexibility; a purpose-built floor cleaner may have a different role.
For a Perth household, the comparison should begin with the actual job: open floors, low furniture, thresholds, stairs, bathrooms or moving objects. Those are different requirements, not a single measure called “cleaning”.
What remains to be demonstrated
We would look for repeated cleaning results, maintenance effort, recovery from blockages and practical performance in different homes. Australian availability, pricing and support would need confirmation before any buying decision.
