Why Humanoid Helper exists
Snjezan Mackic founded Humanoid Helper Australia in Perth to explore a practical question: what would it take for humanoid robots to provide useful, responsibly supported help in Australian homes and businesses?
The company’s intended role is a local service and support operator, working across hardware manufacturers. Its first task is to understand demand, capability and the obligations of deployment before committing to a fleet.
Our starting commitments
- Perth first, with one robot evaluation before fleet expansion.
- Compare completed work, not promotional clips.
- Disclose human assistance, limitations and failures.
- Establish support, insurance and safety arrangements before deployment.
